Jason is Managing Director, working closely with the owners of Crest Hotels, overseeing group wide performance. Instrumental in acquisition business planning and overseeing all onboardings, and project managing all refurbishments. Dedicated to inspiring a team of 400 colleagues, leading the hotel General Managers and Central support team to deliver best in class results.

Having worked in hospitality for over 25 years, joined Crest Hotels in 2014 to oversee the Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport NEC. In this role, led the business through rapid revenue, profitability, and guest-satisfaction growth. Project managed a phased project refurbishment plan of £1.5million, launching the 7th Holiday Inn Open Lobby concept in the UK and destination franchise restaurant concept Marco Pierre White New York Italian. In 2018 on behalf of the owners and directors of Crest Hotels prepared the business for sale, which successfully completed summer 2019.
