Arnos Manor Hotel is a unique hotel which offers 73 bedrooms, with meeting and conference space for 200 delegates. We have an opportunity for a Guest Service Assistant to join the team at Arnos Manor Hotel as we continue our journey of growth. It is a Full Time role, on a shift rota basis.
The Guest Service Assistant that join us will be responsible for being both pro-active and reactive in ensuring that all of our guests have a memorable experience and leave with a smile.
To assist with our growth we are looking for a Guest Service Assistant to assist with food service within the hotel.
We are looking for colleagues to join us with lots of energy and previous experience in a similar role, who have a great personality and enjoy spending time with people. However if you have a great attitude then we can help you develop your skills and knowledge!
As a key member of the Food and Beverage team the successful candidate will be a team player and have the ability to provide our guests with the excellent service they expect in a respectful and friendly manner.
This role is on a shift basis so early starts, with some evening and weekend work will be required.

We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations. This is a dynamic and varied role, with three days spent leading the Front Office team and two days supporting Food & Beverage service. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations in both departments.
As a Team Leader–Front Office, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and supporting the front office team. You will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, and handle guest inquiries efficiently. Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager and Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

The Role of Guest Service Assistant Night
The Guest Service Assistant Nightwill be responsible for providing a great service overnight, ensuring that all night processes for the Front Office function are complete. Ensuring that the hotel is ready and in great shape for guests in the morning. The GSA will ensure a memorable experience from every interaction from the guest arrival or interaction to the fond farewell. You will ensure that an attentive service overnight and ensure that all security walks and checks are carried out.
This role is ideal for someone who is a self-motivated, has great customer care skills with great communication and time management
Main duties will include:
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable, and friendly, preferably with previous hotel front of house experience.
This role is working 24 hrs over 3 days, Nights 11pm – 7am, with some flexibility for holiday cover.
