The newly refurbished Knowsley Inn & Lounge are looking for a Nights Guest Services Assistant.

The Nights Guest Services Assistants role is to ensure that guests receive the highest standard of service and hospitality from the second they walk through the door until the second they leave.

Main duties as Nights Guest Services Assistant will include:

• operating the hotel reception following agreed standards and procedures,
• taking hotel reservations,
• checking guests in and out,
• Food and Beverage Service, always following strict food hygiene procedures.
• Buffet breakfast preparation.
• Complete an End of Day Audit including cash handling.
• supporting other departments within the hotel to ensure high levels of service are maintained.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable, and friendly, preferably with previous hotel front of house experience.

This role is working a rolling rota of 4 on 4 off, Nights 11pm – 7am, with some flexibility for holiday cover.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Night shift

Right now, we’re looking for a Room Attendant – to clean Hotel bedrooms making sure our rooms are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day – creating a haven for them to escape and relax in or get a bit of last minute work done. We’ll need a little flexibility with your time so we can serve our guests the best we can.

In this role you will be responsible for cleaning hotel rooms to a high standard including beds, bathrooms, public areas and any other duties as required

Previous experience in a similar position would be ideal but full training is given
